Newlyweds Sahar and Craig are statement makers with classic taste. As such, they chose Cairnwood Mansion in Bryn Athyn as their venue and wedding design boutique La Petite Fleur as their event stylist and florist. The result was a soft, yet strikingly-sophisticated, summer soiree— anchored by a palette of white, ivory, champagne and black.

The ceremony took place in the Mansion’s front courtyard—with the couple exchanging vows on the grand front steps, which featured beautiful arrangements of monsterra leaves, gorgeous white hydrangea, roses and gladiolas atop white stone columns.
Ceremony chairs were adorned with clusters of white cymbidium orchids with organza ribbon tails and folded aspidistra leaves. As guests approached their seats, they grabbed parasols from a white French flower bucket with a custom LPF sign encouraging guests to “Hold Tight, It’s an Exciting Night.”

Statuesque in a Vera Wang ball gown, Sahar was a sight to behold in layers of tulle and a flouncing black bow at her waist— as she swept down the petal-covered aisle carrying a grand bouquet of blooms in a spectrum of whites, including ranunculus, kalanchoe and roses, accented with variegated geranium leaves for enhanced definition. Regal in a suit tailored by one of his groomsmen, Craig beamed with a rannunculus boutonnière on his lapel as he watched his bride approach the Mansion steps.

The bridesmaids, wearing flirty one-shoulder black chiffon dresses, each carried a bouquet of white blooms; however, the varieties between bouquets varied. The maid-of-honor carried a bouquet that included all three varieties: stock, dahlias and roses.

And although most wedding parties brim with family—Sahar and Craig’s was truly a family affair. Not only was her daughter a bridesmaid, but Sahar’s aunt presided over the ceremony

Sahar and Craig not only wanted their wedding’s style to strike a chord, but it’s soundtrack as well, which is why they brought in renowned DJ Baby Biz, and arranged for an appearance by famed DJ Jazzy Jeff!

To finish the soiree’s soft, yet strikingly sophisticated style, LPF also produced the couple’s stationery suite, which included save-the-dates, invitations, programs, custom-designed table cards, as well as a custom seating chart displayed in a gold gilded frame on a scrolled easel.
